Data deletion instructions

You can delete your Human Pattern account and all associated personal data, including any health data, at any time.

Option 1: from your account

Sign in, go to Account, and choose Erase my account. Everything is deleted straight away, and copies in our encrypted backups are removed within 30 days.

Option 2: email us

Email help@humanpattern.co.uk from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We'll check it's you and complete the deletion.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your profile and consent records.
• Your tests, results, uploaded reports and any documents you stored.
• Your support messages.

Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires for financial records. We delete or anonymise everything else.

Timeframe

We complete emailed deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when done. Copies in our encrypted backups are removed within 30 days of deletion.
